Welcome to the emchị. Whether you’re browsing our digital closet or visiting us in person, we’ve made the rental process seamless so you can focus on your event.


Renting Online

Browse, book, and wear—anywhere in Australia.

  • Find Your Look. Browse our emchị collection to find an outfit for your event.

  • Secure Your Dates. Select your start date on the calendar. All our rentals are for a 4-day period, ensuring your outfit arrives with plenty of time to prepare.

  • Delivery or Collection. Choose express shipping for delivery straight to your door, or select showroom pick-up if you’d prefer to collect your rental from our emchị showroom in Sydney.

  • Return with Ease. We handle the cleaning for you. Simply place your item in the provided prepaid return bag and lodge it over the counter at any Post Office by 12pm on your return date. If you have selected pick-up, drop off your rental back to the emchị showroom by your return date.

The Showroom Experience

Visit us in Sydney for a personalised try-on session.

  • Book Your Try-On Appointment. Secure a 1-on-1 styling session via our booking link. This ensures you have dedicated time to explore the collection and find your perfect fit.

  • Redeemable Booking Fee. There is a $30 fee to secure your showroom appointment. This amount is automatically added to your account as store credit and is valid for 1 year to use toward any rental.

  • Try On In Person. Explore our emchị  collection. Our team is on hand to help with sizing, styling, and any fit concerns. If there is an outfit you'd like to try on (and available at the time of your booking), send us a message prior to your appointment and we will put it aside for you.

  • Lock It In. If you find "the one," you can book your rental immediately in the showroom. Alternatively, we can keep a record of your sizes and outfits so you can book online at a later date.

Good to Know

  • Cleaning: Professional dry cleaning is included in every rental. Please do not attempt to clean the garments yourself.

  • Damage: We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs during your rental.

  • Cancellations: Please refer to our full policy regarding cancellations and store credits.
