How It Works

Whether you’re browsing our collection or visiting us in person, we’ve made the rental process seamless so you can focus on your event.

Browse, book, and wear—anywhere in Australia.

Find Your Look. Browse our emchị collection to find an outfit for your event.
Secure Your Dates. Select your start date on the calendar. All our rentals are for a 4 day period, ensuring your outfit arrives with plenty of time to prepare. We recommend booking your rental start date 1-2 days before your event.
Delivery or Pick Up. Choose express shipping for delivery straight to your door or select pick up if you prefer to collect your rental from our emchị showroom located in St Johns Park, 2176.
Return with Ease. We handle the cleaning for you.
- For delivery rentals, simply place your garment in the provided prepaid return bag and lodge it over the counter at any Australian Post Office by 12pm on your return date.
- For pick up rentals, simply drop off your rental back to the emchị showroom by 6pm on your return date.

*All rentals require a $50 refundable security deposit.

Everything you need to know before collecting your rental.

Place Your Order. Browse our collection and select an outfit with your required dates. You will receive a confirmation email.
Two Days Before Your Rental Start Date. You will receive a reminder email and text with the pick up location. If you have not received an email, please check your junk.
*Message us on Instagram @emchiclub with your order number to organise a pick up time.
Day Of Your Rental Start Date. Your rental will be ready at your organised pick up time.
Your Rental End Date. Drop off your rental at the pick up location by 6:00pm.

Visit us in Sydney for a personalised try-on session.

Book Your Try-On Appointment. Secure a 1-on-1 styling session via our booking link. This ensures you have dedicated time to explore the collection and find your perfect fit.
Redeemable Booking Fee. There is a $30 non-refundable fee to secure your showroom appointment. This amount is automatically added to your account as store credit and is valid for 6 months to use toward any rental.
Try On In Person. Explore our emchị collection. Our team is on hand to help with sizing, styling and any fit concerns. If there is an outfit you would like to try on, send us a message @emchiclub prior to your appointment and we will put it aside for you.
Lock It In. If you find your outfit, you can book your rental immediately in the showroom. Alternatively, we can keep a record of your sizes and outfits so you can book online at a later date.
